Receptionist

Superwoman comprises a worldwide community of women empowering women through networking, interacting and providing female centric goods and services. Our Australian Superwoman operation fulfils this with a range of services including advice, education and general finance products across the country. The business is rapidly expanding and is set to launch additional, unique products specifically for the female market.

We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team. This role will involve all receptionist duties, along with administration support for the company.
Responsibilities include:-

  • Managing all incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Preparing all outgoing mail and dealing with couriers
  • General administrative support such as processing letters and other documents
  • Maintenance of all meeting rooms and the reception area
  • Diary management of staff
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties

The successful candidate will...

  • Have at least 12 months experience in a reception/front desk position.
  • Possess a friendly and professional attitude, with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Have strong MS Office skills
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Display a professional and diligent demeanour
  • Have initiative and be a 'people person'
